PART I — TERMS & EXPERIENCE

Scope & Nature of Work
Ange Bos Portrait is not a standard photography service.

Each session is a guided, high-end portrait experience focused on identity, presence, and visual clarity.

Photography is the result — not the starting point.
The process begins before the camera is ever raised.

Every session is individually developed and includes:
• Creative direction and visual concept
• A guided, personally led experience
• Professional photography
• Curated post-production and retouching

Due to the depth and individual nature of this work, only a limited number of clients are accepted per month.
A booking is confirmed only after:
• A written agreement between both parties
• Payment of a non-refundable booking fee

The total investment depends on the scope of the session and the number of selected final images.

Production costs — such as studio hire, styling, hair and makeup, or additional services — may be charged separately or included, depending on the agreed package.

All prices and inclusions are agreed in writing before the session takes place.
No additional costs will arise without prior written consent.
Ange Bos Portrait retains full creative direction over all aspects of the session, including:
• Visual concept and artistic approach
• Composition, lighting, and styling guidance
• Image selection and editing decisions

This ensures a consistent, high-quality result aligned with the Ange Bos Portrait standard.

Client input and personal context are always welcomed as part of the preparation process — creative decisions during and after the session remain with the Photographer.
Final images are individually curated and delivered in high-resolution digital format.

Unedited RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.

The number of delivered images depends on the client’s final selection.
Delivery timelines are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.

Images are delivered via a secure private gallery link.
The client is responsible for downloading and storing their images within the stated access period.
All photographs created by Ange Bos Portrait remain the intellectual property of the Photographer under German and EU copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz / Directive 2001/29/EC).

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal usage license for:
• Personal branding and professional profiles
• Personal website and portfolio
• Social media — personal and professional accounts

The following require a separate written agreement and may incur additional licensing fees:
• Commercial advertising or paid campaigns
• Editorial or press usage
• Licensing to third parties
• Any usage beyond the agreed personal license

Images may not be cropped, filtered, altered, or manipulated without prior written permission.
The Photographer's credit must be retained wherever reasonably possible.
The quality of the work depends on genuine collaboration.
By booking a session, the client agrees to:
• Arrive on time and prepared as discussed
• Engage fully and openly in the process
• Respect the creative direction and guided experience
• Communicate any concerns before — not during — the session

Ange Bos Portrait creates a safe, non-judgmental space.
The client's comfort and presence are essential.
If significant personal circumstances arise that may affect the session, please communicate this in advance.
The booking fee is strictly non-refundable, as it secures a dedicated, individually prepared time slot.

Rescheduling:
• Requests must be made in writing with a minimum of 21 days' notice.
• One rescheduling per booking is permitted at no additional cost.
• Subsequent changes may incur an administrative fee.

Cancellation by the client:
• Cancellations within 14 days of the session forfeit the full booking fee.
• The remaining balance is not charged unless the session has taken place.

Cancellation or postponement by Ange Bos Portrait:
• In case of illness, emergency, or force majeure, an alternative date will be offered.
• If no suitable date can be agreed, the booking fee will be refunded in full.
Force majeure includes — but is not limited to — illness, extreme weather, technical failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control of either party.
The quality of the work depends on genuine collaboration.

Ange Bos Portrait may use session images for the following purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing before the session:
• Professional portfolio (online and print)

If the client prefers full confidentiality, this must be requested and confirmed in writing before the session.
A confidentiality agreement can be provided upon request.
Images used for portfolio purposes will never include identifying personal information without explicit consent.
Ange Bos Portrait exercises the highest professional care and standards at all times.

However, liability is excluded or limited in the following cases:
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure, equipment failure, third-party failure).
• Dissatisfaction with results arising from circumstances outside the Photographer's control (e.g. client non-participation, late arrival, external disruptions).
• Loss or damage of client property on location.

Where liability applies, it is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the session in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury, fraud, or any other matter where limitation is prohibited by applicable EU or German law.
